When about to start the drive.

Voted by TripAdvisor earlier this year as the third best world destination for 2018, Nairobi has so much to offer and TripAdvisor describes it as β€œan energetic modern city that serves as a fascinating introduction to both wildlife and nightlife.” I am not surprised, the energy and the night life in this city! Lakini mbona mmebadili mipango? πŸ™‚ . Anyway, one of the reasons that led to the vote is the Nairobi National Park, which is the main reason for my post today. ESCAPE THE CITY, HEAD TO LAKE OLOIDEN CAMPING SITE

Are you an avid camper? Have you camped at Lake Oloiden yet? Well I have been able to camp twice this year, the first was at savage wilderness, Sagana and the 2nd was at Oloiden camping site in Kongoni, Naivasha for a birthday party with the girls.

Just like the first one, camping at Oloiden was a one night affair. The girls and I left Nairobi around midday and arrived at Oloiden camping site at 4pm because we had a stopover at Delamere Farm shop to grab a quick lunch.
